To all those parents and families who are considering our school for your child beginning in September 2016 - we offer a welcome invitation to our 'Open Day' on Friday 9th October at 1.30pm - 3pm.

We like to invite parents to look around our school and see it during a normal school day for our pupils. This means of course, that classes will be undertaking their normal lessons and activities for that day, so our teaching staff will be busy with their pupils. On this afternoon therefore, our Year 6 pupils will be introducing parents to our school and showing you around as part of their 'positions of responsibility'.

Our Year 6 pupils are always eager to show visitors around the school they are very proud of and will obviously be able to give you lots of information from a students perspective of their school.

Although you will be able to visit the Reception Class where your child would begin their learning journey with us if they joined Our Lady's, unfortunately you will not be able to have any discussion with the class teachers Mr Whetnall and Mrs Mahoney at that time as they will obviously be attending to their current class of 30 children during that afternoon.

We do of course understand that you may have questions for us, so if there are any questions that the Year 6 pupils have not answered on this afternoon, then you are welcome to make an appointment to speak to the Headteacher, Miss Haggerty or our SENCo, Mrs Burrows on our PARENTS MEETING DAY - Wednesday 21st October 9am - 4pm.

We apologise that we cannot make further individual arrangements to meet with prospective parents during the school day as our full time has to be given to the children in our care at the beginning of a busy school year. We do very much look forward to meeting you all however, on the afternoon of Friday 9th October or 21st October.
