My Year 6 Leavers 2025!
Today brings me to the end of the year with my wonderful Year 6 class. I want to thank my class, from the bottom of my heart, for working so hard this year. They have all shown such resilience, determination and focus, particularly these past few months, and I could not be any prouder of them. Every single child in this class has been an absolute delight to teach and I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them all personally.
Year 6, I will certainly miss each and every one of you, and I wish you all the best at High School. You are all stars, so make sure you shine bright! ⭐
Thank you also to you parents for your continued support throughout the year. Together we have helped to see your children through their last year in Primary School and they will all be leaving with so many achievements and successes to their name-this would not have been possible without the encouragement, love and support you have shown them at home. I must also thank you for all of the kind words and gifts we have been showered with today. Mrs Owen and I are extremely overwhelmed and grateful! Thank you. ❤
Airhop Trip!
We had lots of fun on Wednesday morning at Airhop. We had the whole place to ourselves!

Leavers’ Assembly 2025
This morning we gathered together, as a whole school, to say one last farewell. The Year 6 Class led this assembly so beautifully. It was an emotional morning but also a joyous celebration. Everyone here at Our Lady’s are so proud of this class; they will all be leaving this school with their heads held high ready to take on High School!
Here is the slideshow from our Leavers’ Assembly. A chance to see their Our Lady’s journey again…
Our Last Day….

A Final Prayer
Dear Year 6,
As you prepare to leave this school and begin a new chapter in your lives, we thank God for the time you have spent here — for all you have learned, the friendships you’ve made, and the special memories you take with you.
Lord, we ask You to bless these children as they move on.
May they go forward with confidence, knowing they are loved, supported, and capable of great things.
Help them to remember the values they have learned here — to care deeply, to learn eagerly, and to show respect in all they do.
Give them courage in times of change,
Peace in times of worry,
And joy in their successes.
Walk with them, Lord, through every step of their journey.
May they always know Your presence in their hearts and Your light guiding their path.
We make this prayer through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
All our love,
Mrs Murphy and Mrs Owen xx
