We are off to a busy start this term and have a lot to look forward too. This term we will become crime scene investigators for the day, using our science skills to solve a crime. We will also be sending some budding writers on a writing course for the day, along side the whole class entering the 500 word writing competition promoted by radio 2.

In music year 6 are working on a jazz composition which will be ready for me to film next week, so watch this space to see how talented your children are.

However, the most exciting event of all is our preparation for the RSC's visit to our school! On the 28th February the RSC will perform the Tempest in our school hall! If you do not yet have your ticket then log on to the Grand Theatre website where you can purchase a ticket for £6.50. This is a once in a life time opportunity to see the RSC up close and personal, don't miss out!

Here is the website to watch the trailer: www.youtube.com/theRSC   and look at the First Encounters Tour.
