This week, in Maths, we have become great at rounding numbers! Whether it's to the nearest 10, 100 or 100, we can do it! We used number lines to help us visualise what numbers they were in between and this helped us to see what the 10, 100 or 1000 they were nearest to. We will definitely revisit this, as there is a lot to remember when rounding numbers!

In English, we have all made a great start to our 'big write'. Using our personal writing targets, along with the class writing target, we have started to produce some quality pieces of writing. Next week, we will edit and improve our writing before copying it up for our new this space for pictures of our display.

In R.E, we have been preparing for Advent by writing our own Advent promise. We have really thought about how our actions reflect the teachings of the Bible, and how God wants us to be.

In Science, we have been looking at how distance effects sound. We braved the elements and went outside to record what happened to sound the further away we were from it...we even used our measuring skills to measure the distance between ourselves and the sound each time.

Here are some pictures....
