Year 4 will, once again, be taking part in a online Maths competition with other Blackpool schools, starting on Friday 18th March and running for a week. The children will not only compete against their classmates, but also against other Blackpool schools.

We have used SumDog Maths in school before and I can see from their online profile that some of the children are still using the site at home - well done you!

The children's logins and passwords are stuck in the front of their reading records, but I will make sure that if any child has lost theirs, I send it home again!. The competition is based on the time spent on the site, the children's speed and most importantly their accuracy in answering the questions.

Well have a go and see what happens! It all helps to improve the children's numerical skills!
